You will oversee major group-wide initiatives, support intercompany collaboration, and ensure all business units are aligned with the CEO's priorities and organisational goals.You will act as the CEO's right hand, managing mission-critical projects, improving operational processes, and enabling the group to scale efficiently across multiple regions and industries.Key Responsibilities2. Meeting, Reporting & Stakeholder Management Project & Programme Management Oversee and manage multiple simultaneous projects across Belmont Lavan Group, Blackrock Technologies, and Bradford Jacobs Ltd. Drive timelines, deliverables, and outcomes using project management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or Trello. Ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and group business objectives. Develop and implement operational frameworks, ensuring efficiency and scalability. Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvement across all business units. Introduce best practices that enhance workflow, collaboration, and productivity. Support resource planning and oversee talent acquisition across multiple companies. Assist with onboarding, capability alignment, and team development. Collaborate with talent teams to ensure the right skills are allocated to the right projects. Ensure consistency across marketing strategies, lead-generation initiatives, and brand execution. Work with digital teams to align campaigns with business goals across the group. Technically capable of learning and setting up third party systems Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO. Manage high-priority tasks, delegated responsibilities, and confidential matters. Prepare executive briefs, decision-making documents, and operational reports. Work with finance teams to allocate project budgets and track spending. Ensure financial alignment across intercompany initiatives. Organise and coordinate executive-level meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-ups. Maintain oversight of intercompany communication, ensuring teams remain aligned and informed. RequirementsWho You Are A highly organised professional with strong project and programme management experience. A strategic thinker who can turn high-level objectives into actionable plans. A leader capable of working across diverse business units and functions. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, international environments. Experienced in digital marketing, IT consultancy, recruitment, EOR/PEO, or SaaS. Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern project management tools. An excellent communicator who can operate across multiple time zones and cultures. Preferred Experience 5+ years' experience in operations, project management, programme management, or a Chief of Staff role. Background in technology, recruitment, EOR/PEO, SaaS, or IT consulting is highly desirable. Experience in scaling companies, high-growth environments, or multinational organisations. Previous exposure to CEOs, senior stakeholders, and executive-level decision-making.
