Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO Office professional to support the Chief Executive Officer in overseeing strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of company priorities within the Payment Point industry. This role serves as a bridge between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, requiring strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.Support the CEO in day-to-day business activities, decision-making, and follow-up of key action points.Prepare and review business reports, presentations, and strategic documents to assist in high-level decision-making.Conduct market and competitor analysis relevant to the Payment Point industry to support business growth.Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines.Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring execution of agreed actions.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO’s office, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (CEO Office, Business Analyst, Executive Assistant, or Project Management), preferably in Payment, Fintech, or Financial Services industry.Strong knowledge of Payment Point systems, financial services operations, and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional communication skills in both English and Indonesian.Ability to work under pressure, handle confidential matters, and interact effectively with senior executives.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
