The firm partners with founders and management teams to accelerate growth, drive operational scalability, and execute value-creation strategies through disciplined capital deployment and strategic acquisitions.With a growing portfolio and an active deal pipeline, the firm is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Partner and CEO to enhance execution, alignment, and communication across investment, operations, and portfolio functions.Position SummaryThe Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor, project manager, and operational liaison to the firm’s leadership team. This individual will play a key role in supporting portfolio oversight, investment execution, and firm operations, while ensuring strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented across all stakeholders.The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with the SaaS industry and recurring revenue models, along with a strong background in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, relationship-driven professional seeking to work alongside senior leadership in a fast-paced investment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Managing Partner and CEO to coordinate daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and firm operations.Support deal execution activities, including pipeline tracking, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, and investment committee preparation.Collaborate with portfolio company executives to monitor KPIs, SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), and performance dashboards.Lead internal and external communication, including board materials, investor updates, and quarterly portfolio reviews.Drive key firm initiatives such as fundraising, operational improvements, and technology enablement projects.Manage cross-functional meetings, action plans, and follow-ups to ensure accountability and timely execution.Act as a central point of contact between the PE firm, portfolio leadership teams, and third-party advisors.Develop strategic recommendations and insights to support value creation and long-term planning.Represent the leadership team at portfolio site visits, board meetings, and industry conferences as needed.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.8–12 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling (ARR, retention, CAC/LTV, and MRR growth).Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with senior executives and investors.Exceptional organizational, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.Experience preparing board materials, financial reports, and investor communications.High EQ and the ability to influence and build trust across diverse teams.Willingness to travel up to 30% to portfolio company and investor locations.CompensationCompetitive base salary commensurate with experienceAnnual performance-based bonusLong-term incentive / equity participation potential
