About the RoleAt Love Knot, we’re building more than a fashion brand — we’re building a movement that connects women through meaning, style, and purpose.We’re now looking for a Chief of Staff — someone who is tenacious, resourceful, independent, and strategic.You’ll work directly with the Founder to turn big visions into reality — bridging strategy and execution, creativity and structure.This is a hands-on, high-trust role that requires both intelligence and grit.You’ll be the person who makes things happen — from strategic planning to driving growth projects, and solving day-to-day problems before they even reach the Founder’s desk.What You’ll Do1. Strategy & PlanningWork alongside the Founder to plan business priorities, campaigns, and key launches.Translate goals into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.Track progress and ensure the team stays aligned on what matters most.2. Business Operations & Problem-SolvingIdentify bottlenecks across departments — and fix them.Improve team processes, reporting, and communication.Take ownership of ad-hoc projects — retail setup, partnerships, launches, or internal initiatives.3. Commercial & Data InsightsAnalyse business performance across sales channels (retail, online, pop-ups).Provide insights to guide decisions in merchandising, marketing, and product planning.Support in developing dashboards and reports to measure success.4. Team EnablementWork cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and product teams.Keep everyone accountable, connected, and focused.Uphold a positive, solution-oriented culture — even under pressure.You’ll Be Great at This If You Are...Tenacious: You don’t give up easily.
