Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Chief of Staff for one of the leading Influencer-marketing and full-service social media agency.Open to travel with the MD & CEORole Overview:To act as a strategic partner to the MD & CEO , driving key initiatives, enabling smooth decision-making, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting both strategic and operational priorities of the organization.Roles and responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning & ExecutionSupport in development and tracking of strategic business plans and key organizational priorities.Translate CEO’s vision into actionable goals and ensure alignment across teams.Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and prepare regular business reviews.Conduct market, competition, and business performance analysis for informed decision-making.Identify business improvement opportunities and coordinate special projects.2. Executive Support & Decision EnablementPrepare briefing notes, presentations, and key documents for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership reviews.Research and summarize key data, insights, and recommendations for CEO’s decisions.Serve as a sounding board to the CEO for strategic discussions and confidential matters.Manage internal and external communication for the CEO, ensuring clarity and professionalise3. Cross-functional CoordinationLiaise with department heads to track deliverables, deadlines, and key KPIs.Drive accountability across functions and ensure timely completion of strategic projects.Facilitate alignment meetings between CEO and business units to remove bottlenecks.Act as a bridge between leadership and execution teams. 4. Operational Excellence & GovernanceSet up dashboards, trackers, and review mechanisms for performance monitoring.Draft and manage the calendar of reviews, strategy sessions, and leadership offsites.Maintain confidentiality and ensure operational discipline in decision tracking.Support the CEO’s office in implementing governance frameworks and documentation.5. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementManage preparation for leadership and investor meetings.Represent the CEO’s office in select meetings or forums where required. 6. Executive Assistant (EA) Specific ResponsibilitiesManage CEO’s calendar, travel, and logistics efficiently.Prioritize meetings and ensure CEO’s time is effectively utilized.Prepare meeting briefs, record MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), and follow up on action items.
