Their team, boasting alumni from Google Research, Apple, Stanford, and Cambridge is on a mission to develop specialized, efficient AI.Their team has raised almost $25M (as featured in TechCrunch) through their seed round and is backed by leading investors including Microsoft, Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Github CEO Thomas Dohmke, Docker CEO Scott Johnston, and others.The Chief of Staff will act as a crucial advisor to the two co-founders, leading initiatives that position the company as a leader in the foundational modeling industry. The ideal candidate will have founded or worked at a high growth startup before and can handle many processes in parallel, is ambitious, and has good judgement.Responsibilities:Day-to-day strategic advisor to the co-founders, assisting in the development and execution of all initiatives, from the mundane to the strategic.Work with product and sales teams on growth.Work with engineering and research teams to drive technological execution and planning.Be an internal champion for culture, leading internal communication and cross-functional collaboration among the teams, building relationships with all team membes.Lead our operational excellence initiative internally - building out internal tools, assisting in meeting preparation, ensuring actionable follow-ups are identified and implemented.Everything the founders do until we scale headcount furtherAbout You:Advanced degree in business, technology, or related fields. CS/AI/ML degree preferred.More than 4 years of experience in strategic roles within technology and AI-focused environments.Heavy hitter, grinder mentality with a penchant for problem solving
