Now we’re scaling.We’re hiring a Chief of Staff (or call it Product & Strategy Lead) - someone who wants to help shape how we build and grow. You’ll work directly with the founders on product, pricing, and the systems that scale Kiku from early stage to growth.What You’ll DoProduct Management (immediate focus)Own the product loop: discovery, scoping, prioritization, and deliveryTalk to customers constantly – translate needs into clear specs and product decisionsManage roadmap, metrics, and deadlines; drive product planning and focusSupport design and engineering with context and clarityGTM & Pricing (mid-term focus)Work on pricing, market focus, and industry analysis and constantly sharpen our GTM motionHelp align product value with pricing and commercial strategyApart from these two main topics we expect ad-hoc projects that are likely to involve:Support in hiring and organizational planningContribute to financial planning and fundraisingnew market expansionWho You AreYou’ve spent a few years in consulting, PE, or a high-growth scale up.
