You’ll help structure company priorities, streamline decision-making, and ensure that technical and business teams remain aligned as we grow. This role blends strategic planning, project management, investor and board communication, and cross-functional business operations.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands both science and strategy, and wants to be at the centre of building a frontier tech company from the ground up.Responsibilities include:Strategic Leadership and AlignmentOperational ExcellenceInvestor, Board and External RelationsOrganisational DevelopmentSkills and Qualifications (Required)5–10 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or deep tech environment (e.g., AI, robotics, deep tech)Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Comfort operating in high-ambiguity, low-structure environments.Skills and Qualifications (Preferred)Experience in startup scaling, venture fundraising, or operations leadership.Role Commencement: December 2025
