The question is: will you be part of what’s next?The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and OwnWe’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Chief of Staff to the Deputy CEO to join our team. This is a hybrid role blending strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a high degree of operational leadership — with a core focus on driving expansion across new markets. This is a high-trust, high-impact role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is excited about building from 0 to 1.Important to note: This role is not tied to a single city—expect frequent travel and hands-on work in different locations.Expansion OpsWork hand in hand with the CEO Office and Expansion team on the go-to-market launch of Huspy’s business in the European marketsBuild scalable operations and processes for localized mortgage and real estate businessesPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to remove blockers and accelerate executionDesign market playbooks, drive compliance readiness, and manage key vendor/partner relationshipsCompany-Wide ProjectsAct as a strategic right hand to the leadership team across internal and external prioritiesLead critical, cross-functional company projects (e.g., process improvement, cost optimization, org design)Support leadership in ensuring alignment, execution, and delivery across the company.The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at HuspyFluent in Italian (must-have)4+ years of experience in tier 1 consulting firms and/or startups at exponential growth stage (startup experience is a big plus)Have owned or heavily contributed to market expansions, ideally in EuropeHave strong analytical skills and business judgment, with a “whatever it takes” mindsetExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly organized, ambitious, self-motivated, and results-drivenLocationInitially in Spain and then moving to Europe at some point in 2026Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work from various locationsThe Perks: Why You’ll Love Working With UsOpportunity to build Huspy’s presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets from the ground upA high-impact role with direct ownership of P&L Being part of a mission-driven, fast-growing company shaping the future of real estate in the EMEAHighly competitive compensation with stock optionsWellhub subscription
