Learn more at usevintage.com.Role DescriptionThe Chief of Staff will work directly with the Founder/CEO to drive execution across product, strategy, operations, and fundraising. This is a high-trust, high-leverage role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, combines analytical rigor with startup scrappiness, and wants to help build a category-defining company from the ground up.You’ll be the connective tissue across product, engineering, investors, and customers — turning ambiguity into action and helping scale Vintage’s systems, cadence, and operating rhythm.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Founder LeveragePartner with the Founder on company strategy, fundraising materials, and investor relations.Coordinate board and investor updates; manage OKRs, dashboards, and strategic initiatives.Conduct research and build business cases on new markets, products, and partnerships.Operations & ExecutionOwn cross-functional initiatives — ensuring product, design, engineering, and partnerships move in sync.Build and refine the company’s operating cadence (OKRs, weekly reviews, all-hands).Manage relationships with design partners, banks, and service providers (Cabin, legal, accounting, etc.).Track metrics, budgets, and hiring plans; ensure execution matches strategic goals.Product & GrowthAct as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering — capturing feedback and shaping the roadmap.Support go-to-market efforts: onboarding early users, refining pricing, and measuring engagement.Design and optimize internal processes and knowledge systems as we grow.Requirements4–8 years of experience across top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent strategy/ops roles) and startups (series A–C or early-stage).Proven ability to move between strategic planning and tactical execution — you can think like an operator and act like a founder.Experience managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders.Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.High EQ and the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment with minimal structure.Deep interest in fintech, AI, and private-market infrastructure.(Bonus) Prior exposure to family offices, private equity, or asset management.(Bonus) Experience with early-stage company building — hiring, fundraising, or investor relations.Why Join VintageZero-to-one exposure: Help define product, culture, and operating systems from the earliest stage.Backed by long-term capital: Funded by a family office, allowing for deliberate, product-first building.Cross-disciplinary role: Learn across product, AI, fintech, and venture.Competitive compensation + meaningful equity in a stealth, high-upside company.
