This is a freelance, part-time, remote role suited to a strategic operator who can bring clarity, systems, and performance at pace.About The RoleYou’ll act as the operational right hand to the founder — transforming vision into execution and ensuring the business runs with rhythm, structure, and measurable results.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to build efficient teams, streamline processes, and manage cross-functional delivery with precision.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goalsBuild scalable processes and systems for finance, people, and deliveryOversee cross-functional performance and accountability frameworks (OKRs/KPIs)Manage financial operations and reporting in collaboration with CFOs and accountantsSupport hiring, onboarding, and performance managementIdentify inefficiencies, introduce automation, and improve decision-making visibilityLead operational due diligence, risk assessment, and business readiness for growth or investmentAbout YouYou’re commercially minded, highly organised, and proactive — someone who moves fast but always with precision.
