You’ll oversee multi-site manufacturing and operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety protocols, and cost efficiencies are consistently met. You’ll lead and develop high-performing teams, set operational KPIs, and collaborate across the business to align operations with company strategy. Drawing from your background in manufacturing, production planning, P&L management, process improvement, and ERP systems, you’ll analyze performance, optimize workflows, and implement solutions that drive margin and productivity.
