This role will oversee all operational and commercial functions, implement scalable systems, and drive continuous improvement across the business—an opportunity to shape a high-impact organization at the intersection of industry and finance.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee sales operations, dealer and partner programs, credit and risk management, customer service, and back-office functions.Execute multi-country business plans, including strategic growth initiatives in Canada and the U.S.Streamline workflows and implement scalable processes that support efficiency and profitability.Business Growth & Relationship ManagementStrengthen partnerships with key dealer, distributor, and manufacturer stakeholders.Design and launch new finance programs and marketing initiatives that expand market presence.Drive brand development and go-to-market execution to increase portfolio volume and customer reach.Team & Organizational DevelopmentLead and mentor a cross-functional team covering business development, operations, and risk.Partner closely with finance leadership on credit and collections strategy.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Performance & Risk ManagementImplement data-driven reporting and operational metrics.Ensure compliance and disciplined risk control across the organization.Champion customer experience and operational integrity.Strategic PartnershipWork directly with the CEO and Board to define and execute strategic priorities.Provide leadership in organizational planning, performance management, and talent development.Qualifications• 15+ years of leadership experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or captive financial services. • Proven success managing P&L and building high-performing teams across operations, sales, and credit. • Deep understanding of dealer-based and retail finance models within capital equipment or industrial markets. • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.Ideal Profile• Strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented. • Builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders. • Hands-on, collaborative leader who empowers teams. • Driven by measurable performance and sustainable growth
