Brunel is searching for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join a leading organization in the Oil & Gas sector.This executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence across onshore and offshore activities, ensuring safety, performance, and strategic alignment with corporate objectives.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day operations for onshore and offshore assets, ensuring safety, productivity, and profitability;Implement operational strategies aligned with corporate goals, sustainability targets, and HSE standards;Manage multidisciplinary teams across production, drilling, logistics, engineering, and maintenance;Lead initiatives focused on operational excellence, performance optimization, and continuous improvement;Oversee budgeting, cost control, and efficiency programs to ensure sustainable growth;Collaborate closely with the CEO and executive leadership team on strategic planning and business expansion;Represent the company in regulatory, partner, and client interactions, ensuring compliance and reputation management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred;Proven track record in senior operational leadership roles within Oil & Gas or Energy sectors;Strong understanding of HSE, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks;Demonstrated experience managing large, complex operations and multidisciplinary teams;Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments;
