Role/ResponsibilitiesLead and drive owner ship of full business PNL to drive firms Web3/Blockchain businessBuild and optimize scalable processes to prepare the company for hyper growthIdentify and maximize revenue opportunities with each prospect and prioritize profitable revenue streams with banks & fintech partners for digital assess exchange business, also sports/media/entertainment clients for NFT marketplaceDesigning business roadmaps from scratch and facilitating end-to-end business executionBuild and maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and update internal teams of key developments (Leadership, Marketing and Sales Teams, Product/Engineering teams)Build a cross functional team in Japan, while contributing to overseas development across ASEAN regionExcellent verbal and written communication skills complemented by confident presentation styleRequired skills5 to 10 years experience in Strategy Consulting either in professional services or a management / leadership role, owning full pnl and demonstrating growthCapable to drive Japan market expansion, and overseas ASEAN expansionFluent in Japanese, flexible on English fluency
