An Operator / Integrator who can take ownership of operations and delivery so our founder can stay focused on vision, sales, and growth.The RoleYou’ll be the person who makes the machine run. From planning flawless private dinners for executives to coordinating high-impact webinars, you’ll handle everything from logistics to execution—ensuring our clients look world-class and get measurable results.We’ll start with a paid pilot project. If it’s a strong fit, this role grows into a long-term partnership with equity/revenue share on the table.What You’ll DoOwn the operations and logistics of client events (venue books, F&B, run-of-show).Translate client goals into detailed project plans, checklists, and timelines.Manage vendors, contractors, and freelancers to deliver consistently.Build repeatable systems and playbooks so we scale efficiently.Track budgets, margins, and profitability of each engagement.Be the behind-the-scenes engine that ensures delivery is seamless.What We’re Looking For5+ years experience in event planning, campaign management, or startup operations.A proven ability to juggle moving pieces without dropping balls.Detail-obsessed, process-driven, thrives on organization.Comfortable in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and can bring clam with systems, processes, and taste.Bonus: experience supporting CEOs, founders, or executive teams directly.Startup mindset: willing to roll up your sleeves, figure things out, and adapt quickly.CompensationStarts with a paid pilot project (profit split or flat fee).Potential to evolve into a long-term partner role with equity/revenue share.Location: Richmond, VA is preferred but open to remote for the right candidate.
