The COO will oversee Business Planning, daily operations, align business planning with organizational goals, manage budgets, and ensure smooth operational execution. The role involves working closely with top management to analyze business performance and develop strategic initiatives to drive efficiency and growth.QualificationsStrong expertise in Business Planning and Operations ManagementProficient in Analytical Skills for evaluating business performanceFinance and Budgeting skills to manage and optimize resources effectivelyDemonstrated leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skillsExperience in sports, entertainment, or event management industries is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
