Lead transformative system reforms, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and drive meaningful innovation across the ODPP. Shape the future of the ODPP by developing and implementing business and technology transformation strategies that align with our strategic goals, using best practice change management to ensure success. Be a champion for staff and victim safety, actively contributing as a key member of the ODPP executive management team to deliver prosecution services that make a real difference. Oversee workforce strategies that attract, retain, and grow talent, ensuring our team has the skills, knowledge, and support to thrive in their roles. Take charge of financial and budgetary operations, including leading funding submissions to secure a sustainable and effective prosecution delivery model. Strengthen corporate governance by driving agile, efficient, and effective practices in risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.
