This is a pivotal executive role with full ownership of day-to-day operations across Resale, New Homes, and central shared services.This opportunity is suited to an accomplished operational leader who thrives in fast-scaling, performance-driven environments and understands the cadence, compliance, and commercial reality of real estate brokerage in the UAE.The RoleAs COO, you will take responsibility for the end-to-end operating model, driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams. Reporting to the Group COO, you will lead Sales Operations, Compliance & Governance, HR, IT, Call Centre/CRM, Office Management, and Legal/Contracts.Your focus will be to:Translate strategic direction into clear operating plans, targets, and performance rhythmsLead full P&L ownership, ensuring revenue and margin performanceBuild workforce capacity models and optimise agent and support team productivityStrengthen Sales Operations across Resale and New Homes, ensuring a seamless client journey from lead to transfer/handoverOversee Sales Progression & Conveyancing, with strong controls and customer experience programmesEnhance Call Centre and CRM capability through service design, process discipline, and quality assuranceDrive data-led decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and BI/AI initiativesEnsure compliance with UAE real estate regulation, AML/CFT, HR legislation, and governance standardsLead digital and IT improvement programmes, systems integrations, and vendor managementShape a culture of accountability, transparency, training, and continuous improvementWhat You BringSignificant operational leadership experience in the UAE real estate sector, or in a similarly high-volume, regulated environmentA record of managing multi-functional teams and scaling business unitsStrong command of sales pipeline mechanics, regulatory frameworks, and quality/controlsCommercial sharpness, data fluency, and a disciplined approach to operational rhythmThe ability to influence, coach, and build high-performance cultureWhy This Role?This is an opportunity to shape one of Dubai’s most recognised brokerage operations during a period of ambitious growth.
