You’ll work directly with the CEO to turn vision into systems, processes, and results across all entities.If you’re an operator who loves challenges, can bring structure where it’s missing, and can develop teams while scaling revenue — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and systemize operations across all companiesImplement performance dashboards, SOPs, and reporting systemsManage and mentor General Managers and key department headsOptimize financial and operational workflows across business unitsDrive alignment between sales, marketing, production, and projectsTurn the CEO’s strategy into action plans with clear KPIs and accountabilityPrepare the group for expansion and investment readinessIdeal Candidate ProfileProven experience in operations, manufacturing, construction, or retail5+ years of experience in a senior management or operations roleHands-on, analytical, and highly organizedExperienced in building systems, not just managing peopleCapable of working in a fast-paced, founder-led environmentStrong English communication, leadership, and execution skillsPreferably based in Ghana or willing to relocate
