With 50+ clinics in five countries and a clear path to 400 clinics, we are building the world’s leading, patient-focused vein treatment platform - combining medical excellence, operational precision and a uniquely strong culture.We are now looking for a Chief People & Operations Officer to architect and scale the organisation behind this growth. You’ll be responsible for building the leadership, structure, culture and operating system that enables NHG to grow at extraordinary speed without losing what makes us successful.If you want to shape the future of healthcare delivery - and build one of Europe’s most scalable care organisations - this is the role. MissionYour mission is to build the organisational and operational backbone that enables NHG to scale from 50+ to 400 clinics across Europe. Bring clarity, structure and leadership maturity to a high-growth, multi-country organisation - while keeping our culture honest, accountable and patient-obsessed.You will be the CEO’s closest partner on structure, leadership, culture and execution. What You Will Lead1) Organisational Architecture & ScaleDesign and implement a multi-country organisational structure ready for rapid growth.Define roles, accountability, KPIs and governance across all levels.Establish a unified operating model for all clinics: SOPs, standards, rhythms, expectations.Ensure every function and geography operates with clarity and consistency.2) Leadership Layer & CapabilityBuild NHG’s full leadership pipeline across Europe.Ensure leadership readiness, succession and consistent performance.Develop and cultivate a high-performance culture and leadership, focusing on ownership, accountability, and pace. 3) Culture, Alignment & Internal CommunicationTranslate strategy, vision and mission into clear language, structure and behaviours.Hardwire culture into systems, routines and leadership expectations.Drive alignment across functions, countries and regions.Ensure the “NHG way” is lived in every clinic — not just stated.4) People, Talent & PerformanceBuild career paths, compensation structures and an international talent pipeline.Ensure every hire strengthens culture, execution and leadership quality.Partner closely with People & Culture manager to prioritise and define strategic hires.5) Operations & Execution Work daily with the CEO and Country Managers to drive execution.Identify organisational friction early and solve it cross-functionally.Ensure operational consistency across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands and the UK, focusing on structure and scalability. Who You Are10–20 years of experience in multi-site, people-heavy industries (retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness, service, etc.).Proven track record scaling organisations from 50 → 500+ employees or 10 → 100+ locations.Deep capability in organisational design, leadership development and operations.Highly structured, analytical and decisive - but grounded and hands-on.C-level maturity: able to challenge leaders, set direction and drive clarity.Excellent communicator who aligns and empowers teams.Fluent in English; a Nordic language is a plus.ApplicationPlease send your resume to Andreas Persson, People & Culture Manager, at ap@nordichealthgroup.com, or apply directly via this posting.
