The CRO role is about aligning these forces into a single, high-performing commercial engine.The RoleThe CRO will be the chief growth officer, responsible for driving revenue, deepening client relationships, and building scalable commercial strategies. This is a hands-on role, working with global sales leaders and directly engaging with enterprise clients to accelerate business expansion.You will align marketing, sales, partnerships, and account management into a predictable, high-impact revenue machine.What You’ll DriveGlobal Revenue Strategy – Define and execute the roadmap to scale revenues across Americas, Europe and Asia.Enterprise Sales Leadership – Guide and inspire global sales teams to consistently overachieve.Client Partnerships – Build and deepen C-level relationships with Fortune 500 and enterprise clients.Pipeline & Forecasting – Drive predictable pipeline, accurate forecasting, and revenue visibility for leadership.Cross-Functional Alignment – Partner with Marketing, Product, and Delivery to create seamless go-to-market strategies.Performance Culture – Instill a metrics-driven, high-energy sales culture that thrives on accountability and success.What We’re Looking For20+ years in senior sales/revenue leadership roles in global B2B technology/services.Proven track record of scaling revenue across multiple geographies.Strong network and experience engaging with Fortune 500 and enterprise clients.Expertise in building high-performing global sales organizations.A mix of strategic thinking and hands-on deal-making.Why Join UsAs CRO, you will own the growth story of XBP Global.
