This is a critical, high-impact role focused on ensuring financial stability, regulatory excellence, and sustainable growth.You’ll play a key part in shaping Relm’s strategic direction across diversification, capital strength, global expansion, innovation, and customer focus, while embedding a world-class risk culture across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and oversee a robust, group-wide risk management framework.Partner with underwriting, reinsurance, and finance teams to align risk appetite with strategic objectives.Lead regulatory, governance, and capital management initiatives.Champion a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation.About You15+ years in insurance and/or reinsurance, with 5+ in enterprise risk leadership.Actuarial or risk qualification (e.g. CERA, FIA, FRM).Strong record engaging with boards, regulators, and rating agencies.Strategic thinker, collaborative leader, and effective communicator.Why RelmJoin a fast-growing, forward-thinking insurer where innovation meets discipline.
