We are supporting one of the most innovative Italian Cybersec start-ups (VC-backed, well funded) within the digital trust, fraud prevention, and risk management space! They are looking for an accomplished Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead its global sales organization. Based in Milan, this executive will define and execute the company’s commercial strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and strengthen relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustainable growth.Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across global markets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.Use data-driven insights and market analysis to refine strategies and optimize performance.RequirementsProven success as a Chief Sales Officer or senior sales leader within a technology or SaaS organization.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.Experience in fraud prevention, fintech, or risk management preferred; MBA a plus.Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to shape the commercial future of a high-growth company at the forefront of digital trust innovation.
