The Chief Steward will be responsible for overseeing all stewarding operations including managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and dining areas, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining equipment. The role also involves monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations and organizing the workflow to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency.QualificationsExperience in managing inventory and overseeing stewarding operationsSupervisory and leadership skillsKnowledge of cleanliness and hygiene practices in kitchen and dining areasFamiliarity with health and safety regulationsExcellent organizational and coordination skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a hotel or convention center setting is a plusRelevant certification or education in hospitality management or related field
