If you take pride in leading a team, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards , we want you to keep our stewarding team running smoothly!"As The Chief Steward, We Rely On You ToEnsuring effective and efficient operation of the Stewarding Department including supervision of cleaning processes, stock control and maintenance of health, safety and hygiene in all F&B areas.Responsible for the planning, organization and execution of the quarterly inventory count and control flow and supply of chinaware / flatware / glassware.Ensures accurate tabulation of all losses / breakage and proposes the purchase of all operating equipment.Maintain staffing level as per the manning guide, balancing the volume of business, operational needs and managing overtime / casual / contracted labour costs.Assists in the control of F&B divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety issuesWe Are Looking For Someone Who HasMinimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar setting.Strong influencing & communication skills.A service oriented mindset with the ability to create a motivating work environment.Sound knowledge of SFSMS and HACCP standards.Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on losses, breakages, and the need for timely replacement.Local package will be offered to successful candidate.If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
