With a clear strategy and business plan, Yllw is on track to become Europe’s leading relocation management company, offering end-to-end project management, from tailored interior design to circular subscription-based models that combine flexibility, sustainability, and profitability.About the position Chief Subscription OfficerAs Chief Subscription Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and be part of Yllw’s Group Management Team. You will drive the operational backbone of Yllw’s subscription business across the Nordics and spearhead its expansion into Europe and beyond. You will lead the operational execution, scaling strategy, partner integration and continuous improvement needed to turn the subscription model into a high-growth, global business segment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and lead subscription operations end-to-end (procurement, logistics, refurbishment, delivery, tech integration, customer onboarding).Scale operations efficiently as you expand into new Nordic markets, Europe and beyond.Drive sales growth and market expansion across Nordic, European markets and beyond.Build and lead a high-performing commercial team to drive pipeline, conversion, and retention.Develop and manage partnerships with key clients, financiers, and suppliers.Oversee operations to ensure premium customer experience and profitability at scale.Create the playbook for international rollout: pricing models, go-to-market structure, and partner network.Collaborate with Yllw’s leadership team to align on group strategy and growth targets.Requirements & Experience:3+ years of previous relevant experience from management consulting and/or high growth scaleups with at least 2+ of them managing fast-paced teams.A commercial leader with a strong track record of scaling recurring revenue businesses.A strategic doer – equally comfortable in boardrooms and warehouses.Experienced in B2B sales and partnership development, ideally across multiple countries.Fluent in data-driven decision making, financial modeling, and margin optimization.Experience scaling a business across multiple countries, ideally internationally.Excellent strategic, analytical, and execution skills — understands how to translate vision into processes.Strong cross-functional mindset — able to work with product, supply chain, tech, sales, finance.As a person you areA self-starter and a doer.
