Chief Technician Relations OfficerBusiness Unit: ConstructionsReporting to: Business Heads and dotted line to HR Director Location: Dubai, UAE (onsite) Team Below: Technician residence officersPurpose of the role Act as a to business heads by providing manpower solutions, operational support, and workforce-related insights that contribute to business outcomes and revenue generation.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technician workforce management, overseeing deployment, rotation, bench strength utilization, and proactive recruitment to ensure the right manpowerDrive operational and cost efficiency by partnering with business heads to align workforce planning and deployment with in project timelines, manpower monetization & define KRAs and performance metrics.Ensure compliance with local labour laws, IR-ER practices, and regulatory requirements, mitigating disputes and legal risks.Manage employee welfare programs: housing, healthcare, transport, canteen, and other site facilities for blue-collar employees.Desired Experience Graduate Master’s degree in a relevant field with 18+ years of senior experience in managing blue-collar workforce operations in construction, real estate, manufacturing, oil & gas, or service SMEs.Proven expertise in industrial relations, employee engagement, workforce deployment, and operations.Prior experience in and exposure to GCC/UAE labour laws and workforce management practices is mandatory
