Our mission is to build secure, scalable, and intelligent digital systems that power businesses, enhance governance, and enable inclusive growth.As the company continues to expand its portfolio of technology-driven projects and digital infrastructure investments, we seek a highly skilled and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the Group’s technology strategy, innovation initiatives, and execution of large-scale digital programs.Position SummaryThe Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving technological innovation, overseeing digital infrastructure, and managing the design, development, and deployment of Barnksforte’s core technology solutions.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong business acumen and a passion for leveraging emerging technologies to create secure, high-impact digital systems particularly in digital identity, data management, and infrastructure modernization.Key Responsibilities1. Technology Strategy and LeadershipDevelop and execute the Group’s overall technology vision and roadmap in alignment with corporate goals.Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business scalability.Advise executive leadership and the Board on emerging technologies, infrastructure trends, and investment opportunities in digital systems.Ensure all technology initiatives align with Barnksforte’s mission of delivering secure and efficient technology-driven solutions.2. Systems Design and Digital InfrastructureOversee the architecture, design, and implementation of digital identity platforms, enterprise applications, and infrastructure systems.Lead planning and execution of major technology projects involving data centers, connectivity, and large-scale digital infrastructure.Ensure reliability, scalability, and cybersecurity of all deployed systems across the Group’s subsidiaries and projects.Establish and enforce technical standards, coding frameworks, and system architecture best practices.3. Product Development and InnovationDrive the design and development of innovative digital products and solutions that address critical business and societal needs.Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.Foster collaboration between product, engineering, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.Introduce emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, data analytics, and IoT to improve solution efficiency and scalability.4. Data Management and SecurityLead the development of the Group’s data governance framework, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and security.Collaborate with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to strengthen cybersecurity measures, identity protection, and regulatory compliance.Implement enterprise-wide data management systems that support analytics, decision-making, and service optimization.Ensure data privacy practices align with NDPR, GDPR, and international data protection standards.5. Project and Program OversightProvide executive oversight for all major technology projects — ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Establish robust project governance and reporting frameworks.Partner with the COO and PMO to monitor performance metrics, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and delivery excellence on large-scale projects.6. Technology Operations and Infrastructure ManagementOversee IT operations, network systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise support services.Ensure operational uptime, scalability, and business continuity across all digital systems.Evaluate and manage vendor partnerships and third-party technology providers to ensure cost efficiency and quality.Implement DevOps and automation tools to streamline deployment and enhance efficiency.7. Team Leadership and Capacity DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers, developers, and technology managers.Create an innovative and collaborative work culture that encourages problem-solving and continuous improvement.Identify skill gaps and implement technical training and development programs to build internal capacity.8.
