Position Overview We are seeking experienced and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and manage all aspects of our business operations, including sales, marketing, and service delivery for our Australia based Premium IT client. This is a unique leadership role combining technical expertise with commercial acumen, requiring someone who can drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client outcomes through our Microsoft-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and a proven track record of scaling technology consulting businesses. Sales Leadership Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion Lead business development initiatives and manage the complete sales cycle Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, qualify, and engage high-value prospects Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers Create compelling proposals and presentations that demonstrate ROI and business value Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and KPIs Marketing Management Oversee all marketing activities including digital marketing, content strategy, and brand positioning Leverage HubSpot to manage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign performance Develop thought leadership content showcasing our AI and automation expertise Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns across multiple channels Optimize marketing funnel and conversion rates using data-driven insights Manage company website, social media presence, and online reputation Service Delivery & Technical Leadership Manage end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Oversee consulting engagements ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for complex automation and AI implementations Ensure service quality, client satisfaction, and successful project outcomes Build and mentor delivery teams as the business scales Stay current with Microsoft ecosystem updates and emerging technologies Business Operations Manage P&L responsibility and contribute to strategic business planning Implement operational processes and systems to support scalable growth Track key metrics across sales, marketing, and delivery functions Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Technical Expertise Microsoft Power Platform: Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI including solution architecture and implementation Microsoft SaaS: Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and related cloud services Consulting Background: Proven track record delivering successful technology consulting projects AI & Automation: Understanding of AI solutions and intelligent automation technologies Sales & Marketing Tools HubSpot: Demonstrated experience using HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, and sales pipeline management LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Proficient in using Sales Navigator for prospecting, social selling, and relationship building Leadership & Business Skills 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles Proven experience managing sales, marketing, and delivery functions Track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse audiences Desired Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities Client-focused with commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes Self-motivated and results-oriented Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Passion for innovation and emerging technologies Experience scaling technology services businesses
