Job Description

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead engineering and technological advancements in our waste-to-energy solutions at our new office. The ideal candidate has strong leadership in engineering, expertise in thermodynamics and energy conversion, and a track record in optimizing complex systems. This role requires strategic thinking, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with research institutions and industry partners to drive innovation. We seek professionals with excellent problem-solving skills, a results-driven mindset, and experience managing international projects and multidisciplinary teams.TasksOversee engineering operations, optimizing R&D, design, and technology development processes;Develop and implement strategies to enhance technological innovation and cost-effective solutions;Lead the engineering team in developing and optimizing waste-to-energy systems;Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards;Collaborate with design teams using advanced simulation and modeling tools;Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, research institutions, and technology partners;Supervise budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects;Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and project management teams to ensure quality and efficiency.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Power Engineering (or related fields);10+ years of experience in engineering leadership, preferably in power engineering, mechanical engineering, renewable energy, or industrial plant design;Strong background in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and energy conversion processes;Expertise in computational modeling and process simulation (e.g., ANSYS, ChemCAD, ASPEN HYSYS);Knowledge of materials engineering for high-temperature and corrosive environments;Familiarity with international industry standards (ISO, ASME, API, IEC) and environmental regulations;Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Ability to manage international projects and multidisciplinary teams.BenefitsFull-time position with opportunities for remote work based on agreement;Official employment with competitive compensation and benefits;Opportunities for professional development and leadership training in a growing industry;Performance-based bonuses and travel allowances.
