Chief Technology Officer

Are you a visionary technology leader passionate about driving innovation in fintech and open banking?Ilex System is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, ensuring innovation, scalability, and compliance across our digital products.As CTO, you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s technology roadmap, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring our fintech platforms meet the highest standards of security, performance, and regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the company’s overall technology vision and strategy.Lead architecture design and implementation for fintech and open banking solutions.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection, and security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR).Oversee development teams and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with business leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and API-driven ecosystems.Manage vendor relationships, cloud infrastructure, and overall technology budget. QualificationsProven experience (10+ years) in technology leadership roles, ideally within fintech or financial services.Deep understanding of open banking frameworks, API management, and data security.Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector.Hands-on experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, and microservices.Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).Why Join Ilex System?At Ilex System, we’re building transformative digital platforms that redefine user experiences across industries — from mental health and wellness to fintech innovation.Join us to lead a team that values creativity, trust, and cutting-edge technology.
