Chief Technology Officer

At Life Quest, we’re building the AI-powered platform that turns goals into daily quests, helping people stay consistent, focused, and fulfilled.Our app transforms personal growth into a gamified, guided experience where users can set challenges, track their progress, and connect with a community built around action and purpose.We’ve already validated the concept through beta testing and are moving fast toward MVP launch.We’re looking for a Founding CTO to join the core team and lead all things tech, from architecture to execution.You’ll help us build a scalable, user-centric product from the ground up, bringing Life Quest’s mission to life through elegant, human-centered technology.We don’t care if you’re self-taught or if you went to the best university: prove to us that you’re a leader, that you were born to be a founder.What you'll do: Build and oversee the MVP (web + mobile).Define the technical roadmap, stack, and product architecture.Collaborate directly with the Founder on product design, AI integration, and user experience.Recruit and lead a small dev team once funding is secured.Be part of key strategic and product decisions from day one.What we're looking for:Strong experience in iOS (Swift) and/or React Native, plus backend familiarity (Firebase, Node.js, or similar).Passion for building consumer products, ideally in health, wellness, or productivity.Experience integrating AI is a plus.Startup mindset: resourceful, fast learner, and not afraid to build from zero.Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a bonus).Why uș: Building a startup is never easy, but with the right team, everything flows better.At Life Quest, we’re not just creating an app; we’re creating a family.We want a founding team that feels deeply responsible for our mission and grows into the next generation of leaders in the personal development industry.Join us to build the future of human growth, and start your own Life Quest with us.
