Chief Technology Officer

Company Description Simpeller is an innovation-driven company pioneering smarter solutions for water and energy management. We design affordable, efficient technologies that conserve resources and empower communities, from households to smallholder farmers. Our flagship AI-powered Smartsink promotes water conservation by filtering and recycling wastewater for non-potable use. In addition, we are developing drone-tethered precision irrigation systems to transform irrigation access. Our vision is to save 1.8 trillion liters of freshwater and 100 million tons of CO₂ emissions annually by 2040, creating sustainable impacts across households and agriculture alike. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) located in Berlin Metropolitan Area. The CTO will oversee and direct the company's technology strategy, product development, and IT architecture. Responsibilities include leading software development and project management teams, driving innovation in embedded system additive materials, and integrating Web3 technologies into our platforms. The CTO will also ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals and oversee the IT strategy for the organization.
