IBC is currently seeking Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Clinicians have the option to see clients in the office or through a hybrid of telehealth and in-office sessions.We are looking for clinicians with some of the following experiences and skills:Licensed clinician in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)Clinicians who are experienced working with a wide range of clinical presentationsClinicians who have experience with health psychology Clinicians with experience working in primary care Clinicians who have experience with family system counselingExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and young adultsClinicians with experience in evidence-based treatment modalitiesClinicians who are self-motivated, ambitious, and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clientsDesired Skills & ExperienceDoctoral or Masters Degree in counseling related fieldAt least one year of post graduate clinical experienceClinicians must have an independent license in MassachusettsA demonstrated history of ongoing professional development and growthEvidence of working effectively and collaboratively with colleaguesSolid computer and basic technology skills are neededWhat we can offer you:Strong rates of reimbursement and compensation.
