Our work is based on a holistic, patient-centred approach in which family work plays a central role – because the family is often the most important key to stabilisation and development.An interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychologists, therapists and nurses works hand in hand to provide individual support and strength to young people and their families and to promote their long-term development.What you can expect – your main tasks• You demonstrate an appreciative, empathetic attitude and build sustainable relationships with children, young people and families in special circumstances.• You offer targeted, needs-based advice to families on parenting issues.• You support families in crisis and conflict situations and help them to cope with stress.• You will guide parents in caring for their children's health and promote a stable daily routine.• You will advise families on dealing with government agencies, authorities and institutions.• You will promote parenting skills and support parents in ensuring their children's age-appropriate development.• You will work closely with a multi-professional team of doctors, psychologists, educators and nurses.Requirements:Vocational training / studies• Degree in social pedagogy, social work, pedagogy or educational sciences• or a comparable qualification• Qualification as a systemic family therapist (completed or in advanced further training)Professional experience• Practical professional experience in working with families, ideally in the clinical, social education or therapeutic fieldAdditional knowledge / further training• Experience in the field of mental illness in children, adolescents and adults• Knowledge of child and youth welfare, integration assistance and child protection• Knowledge of developmental psychology• Understanding of outpatient, day care and inpatient support services as well as regional and supraregional networks• Basic knowledge of IT / MS OfficeWhat we offer:• A dynamic, positive and appreciative working environment• Responsible and varied tasks in the pleasant atmosphere of a private clinic• Sufficient time for individual support of patients and their families• Opportunities for personal and professional development• Catering facilities offering healthy meals at affordable staff prices• Permanent employment in a dedicated interdisciplinary team
