Children’s Programming SupervisorWe are searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Children’s Programming Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our children’s programming. As the Children’s Programming Supervisor at Elite Sports Clubs, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising a wide range of programs and activities designed to promote physical activity, learning, and fun for children. You will lead and support a team of dedicated staff members to create memorable experiences and foster a sense of community among our youngest members.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive children’s programming strategy, including classes, camps, workshops, and special events tailored to the needs and interests of children of all agesCollaborate with department managers and staff members to design and execute high-quality programs that promote physical fitness, skill development, creativity, and social interactionRecruit, hire, train, and supervise children’s program instructors and staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellence in program deliveryCreate a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for children by adhering to all safety guidelines and promoting positive behavior and cooperationBuild and maintain positive relationships with children and their families, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely and professional mannerAssist in managing program budgets, expenses, and revenue goals, identifying opportunities to enhance participation and maximize member satisfactionStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to children’s programming, incorporating new ideas and innovations into program offerings as appropriateQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or a related field (preferred)Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in children’s programming or a related field, with demonstrated leadership and team management skillsStrong knowledge of child development principles, age-appropriate activities, and educational strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and staff membersCreativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children and promoting their growth and developmentStrong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyCPR and First Aid certification (preferred)AvailabilityFlexibility in schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to oversee children’s programming and events.BenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and advancementComplimentary membership to Elite Sports ClubsHealth, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) retirement savings planPaid time off and holidaysPowered by JazzHRrzuSXAwiEB
