Plant Manager 厂长

该职位来源于猎聘 1) 监督、管理工厂的整体生产、设备设施维护、生产计划，原材料及成品仓库和EHS，识别风险并在必要时启动纠正措施； 2) 管理工厂相关的所有许可证，确保工厂的操作符合行业标准、环保要求及公司政策； 3) 编制预算，控制费用，实施节约成本相关的措施； 4) 把控生产产量、产品质量和产品按时交货事宜； 5) 根据公司发展方向实施战略，并相应地为下属提供明确的工作方向和工作重点； 6) 提升优化生产力、标准、指标和绩效目标系统以及优化流程，以确保有效率的达成KPI； 7) 提高生产的灵活性，同时最大限度地减少不必要的成本，保证良好的质量标准； 8) 掌握最新的生产管理实践和理念； 9) 招聘、管理和发展公司员工； 10) 保证并承诺工厂安全生产程序； 11) 确保整个工厂的工作环境干净有序； 12) 下期工厂扩建项目团队的参与者； 13) 完成上级安排的其他工作。 1) Monitor and manage overall production, plant maintenance, production planning, raw material and finish good warehousing & EHS. Identify and initiate corrective actions if needed 2) Managing and maintaining all relevant plant permits. Ensuring operations adhere to industry standards, environmental laws, and company policies. 3) Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.

4) Being responsible for production output, product quality and on-time readiness 5) Implement strategies in alignment with the company direction and provide a clear direction and focus to the subordinates accordingly 6) Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective production KPI`s 7) Increase production flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining good quality standards 8) Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. 9) Recruit, manage and develop staff 10) Implement and commit to plant safety procedures 11) Ensure work environment in the whole plant is clean and in organized conditions.

12) Being part of the project team for plant expansions 13) Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior 任职要求： 1. 出色的沟通和谈判技能； 2. 五年以上化工厂工作经验，PUR电子胶胶粘剂企业从业经验者优先考虑； 3. 能够理解/阅读建筑图，P&ID图及电气图等基本技术图纸； 4. 良好的技术知识和理解能力； 5. 良好的计算机操作技能； 6. 英语流利，能作为工作语言； 7. 化工工程专业硕士学历，优秀经验者本科可以考虑。Excellent communication skillsAt least 5-7 years’ experience in chemical (preferably PUR CE Adhesives) manufacturing field. Able to interpret/read basic technical drawings such as building drawings, P&ID drawings and electrical diagrams.
