该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1. 承接公司下发的销售目标,规划生意达成方案,协调各配合模块落实、执行方案,确保完成销售目标; 2. 规划所辖区域队伍搭建与管理,包括人员招募调配、学习分享、培训带教、绩效管理等,提升团队专业能力; 3. 规范团队成员日常作业流程,定期组织各类复盘、赋能、培训等会议,提升人员的工作技能; 4. 按照公司标准,改善门店业务要素。确保资源落地。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上,优秀者可放宽至大专; 2、28岁-36岁,优秀者可放宽至38岁; 3、5年以上快消行业销售经验,3年日化行业经验为佳,了解负责区域市场环境与消费者群体; 4、3年及以上的6人以上销售团队管理经验; 5、熟练使用电脑及办公软件操作,能够深入挖掘、梳理流程及优秀案例; 6、个性特质:①热爱产品,主动用产品、讲产品、分享产品;②内驱型,决心足,不服输,勇于挑战高目标;③关心下级、关心客户、关心消费者。
