该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、项目申报与发补支持：配合分析模块负责人完成项目申报及发补中生化分析模块的相关工作； 2、技术转移：负责或协调跨部门完成生化分析方法的转移（如从研发到QC），包括转移方案设计、执行、问题排查及报告撰写； 3、分析方法开发与验证：参与生化分析技术平台的方法开发、优化及验证； 4、技术支持：配合QC解决分析过程中的技术难题； 5、其他：负责生化相关质量标准或分析方法的变更研究；参与复核QC部门起草的SOP、分析方法、验证/转移协议等文件，确保其科学性和合规性。 任职要求： 1、性别：不限； 2、年龄：45岁以下； 3、学历：硕士及以上； 4、工作年限：5年及以上； 5、专业：生物学、药学相关专业； 6、技能：熟悉大分子药物（单抗、重组蛋白、疫苗等）的生化分析技术，有分析方法开发、转移和验证的经验；有项目IND或BLA的申报经验。 7、其他技能：较好的写作能力。
