该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 工作职责：1. 开展生物大分子表征分析，包括LC-MS(Intact、LC/HC、Fab/Fc、Peptide mapping、Disulfide bond、N-Glycan)、以及其他相关表征分析等； 2. 负责抗体类药物的结构表征方法的开发，完成工艺开发和产品放行检验以及质量研究工作； 3. 调研前沿表征技术，参与技术平台搭建； 4. 完善表征仪器操作SOP、方法SOP文件，开展仪器的维护及更新； 5. 负责实验数据记录、数据整理及归档，撰写报告及相应技术文件； 任职要求： 1. 25届 硕士，生物、分析化学等相关专业； 2. 了解质谱知识，掌握一定质谱表征技术； 3. 具备生物学相关基础，了解前沿表征技术； 4. 良好的团队合作精神，对新药开发流程有一定了解，具有质量研究经验； 5. 具有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
