Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion and growth of our cross-border logistics services across HK China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, customer relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the e-commerce and logistics landscope. Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth of our logistics services in HK China, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East markets. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and regional business plans to expand customer base. Manage and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to inform commercial strategies. Lead commercial negotiations and partnership discussions with e-commerce platforms, sellers, and logistics partners. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, product, and marketing to support service enhancement and delivery. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals in English for both internal and external stakeholders. Regularly track, report, and analyze sales performance and growth metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerceProven track record in developing markets, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth. Strong English communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written). Fluency in Cantonese is an advantage. Permission to work remotely.
