Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects tailored for the Chinese retail and e-commerce market, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans, considering the specific challenges and opportunities of the Chinese market. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies within the context of the Chinese retail industry, implementing effective mitigation strategies. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing among team members working on projects for the Chinese market. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a deep understanding of project requirements and objectives in the unique context of the Chinese retail landscape.

Provide clear guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive and productive work atmosphere. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients operating in the Chinese retail market, understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing regular project updates tailored to the Chinese market environment. Internally, ensure seamless communication between different teams and departments, facilitating a smooth flow of information within the context of the Chinese retail and e-commerce industry. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes specific to the Chinese retail market to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations in this unique business landscape.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project and Account Manager role within the Chinese retail and e-commerce / marketing industry. Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong plus. Proven experience in managing key accounts and multiple projects simultaneously within the Chinese market.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on the unique requirements of the Chinese retail sector. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the context of the Chinese retail and e-commerce landscape.
