Department: Finance & Accounting DepartmentReport to: Head of Finance & Accounting DepartmentJob purpose: Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports and performing in-depth financial analysis to support internal decision-making and external regulatory compliance. Major duties and responsibilities: Preparing periodic Chinese regulatory reports to the Head Office.

Driving forward the automation of regulatory reporting for CSSF and BCL, emphasizing data mapping and quality improvements with team collaboration. Preparing routine internal management reports. Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing financial insights and reports. Enhancing asset and liability management through business analysis, providing data-driven support for internal decision-making. Supporting daily financial accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Assist in preparing month end closing tasks (fixed assets, deferred income, deferred expense, etc. ). Assist in monthly VAT reports. Assist in new system developments and implementations.

In addition to these duties the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his/her capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the company’s business. Profile: Know-how-Technical Skills - Inter-personal SkillsRequirements to access to this function: Master degree (BAC+5) related to the area of expertise, such as in Finance/Economics/ IT/Statistics/Mathematics/ Accounting/Banking with relevant working experience. Or Bachler degree (BAC+3) related to the area of expertise, such as in Finance/Economics/ IT/Statistics/Mathematics/Accounting/Banking with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.

Knowledge/Technical Skills : Knowledge, skills, mastery of tools and necessary abilities for carrying out activitiesKnowledge or good understanding of finance and accounting. Understanding of commercial banking operations and business. Proficiency in both English and Chinese. Analytical skills to support budgeting and forecasting through comprehensive financial insights and reporting. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Prior experience or understanding of local regulatory reporting requirements is a plus. Programming or database knowledge is considered a plus. Knowledge in Temenos T24, OneSumX will be an additional asset. Inter-personal Skills:
