该职位来源于猎聘 任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，善于学习，有强烈的自我发展意愿； 2、表达能力强，善于沟通，具有组织协调能力及大局观； 3、工程管理、房地产开发与管理、建筑工程、给排水科学与工程、环境工程等相关专业； 4、官方举办赛事活动（运动会、科技展、诗词书法、电子竞技等）取得优异成绩者优先考虑。 岗位职责： 1、协助上级领导做好物业设备设施的运行及保养工作； 2、学习各类设备设施管理规定及操作规程； 3、参与对各类设施设备安装、调试及物业竣工验收、接管验收工作； 4、协助处理设施设备紧急突发事件； 5、完成计划培训工作及轮岗学习。"
