Role Description This is a full-time/ hourly based on-site role for a Chinese Teacher, located in Phnom Penh. The Chinese Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, teaching Chinese language and culture, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. Additionally, the teacher will collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience, participate in school events, and stay updated on educational best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Chinese language and teaching methodologiesExperience in developing lesson plans and curriculumAbility to assess student progress and provide constructive feedbackEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCapability to work collaboratively with faculty and staffBachelor's degree in Education, Chinese Language, or a related fieldTeaching certification or relevant teaching experience is preferredUnderstanding of and sensitivity to different culturesBe able to speak English
