Chinese Translator

Job Title: Chinese TranslatorLocation: Lagos, NigeriaEmployment Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:Translate documents, emails, contracts, marketing materials, and other content between English and Chinese.Ensure translations are accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate.Assist the team with bilingual communication, meeting notes, and interpretation.Participate in internal document localization and language optimization.Continuously update industry terminology and maintain translation quality standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or above in Translation, Linguistics, International Business, or related fields preferred.Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; able to accurately understand and express complex content.Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., Trados, DeepL, ChatGPT) is a plus.Experience in business, finance, legal, or technical translation is preferred.Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong time management and communication skills.Salary & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience5-day workweek / flexible working hoursPerformance bonus and project incentivesLanguage training and career development opportunitiesReports To:Language Project Manager / Translation Supervisor
