Chinese Travel consultantLocation: DublinAn opportunity has arisen for a Full Time or Part Time Chinese Travel Consultant at Club Travel, one of Ireland’s most respected Travel Agencies.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting clients with their travel arrangements.Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.Making changes, requesting refunds.Dealing with airlines.Promoting fares/offers on social media platforms within the Chinese community.The IDeal CandidateExperience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo.At least 12 months experience in travel.Passion for Travel.A strong client focus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Chinese speaking.Fluent English.Good organizational skills.An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.TO APPLYInterested applicants please email hr@clubtravel.ie with the job title "Chinese Travel Consultant" in the subject line of the email.
