The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure the accurate recording of fixed assets. The role also includes financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial processes.QualificationsProficiency in preparing Financial Statements and strong Analytical SkillsExperience in creating and managing Journal Entries and knowledge of accounting standardsUnderstanding and management of Fixed Assets and related processesBackground in Finance and familiarity with financial regulationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProficiency in both Japanese and EnglishRelevant certifications such as CPA or equivalent are a plusSAP experience is a plus
