The role, and what you'll be doingAs COO, you’ll partner with the CEO to lead the next phase of our post–Series A growth. You’ll build the team, structure, and systems to scale a technology-enabled infrastructure business deploying rooftop solar and battery systems at speed. Covering product, technology, delivery, operations, and people, you’ll ensure our operational engine is product-enabled and ready for rapid scale. This role bridges the gap between product and operations, ensuring technology evolves in step with growth.

What you’ll doDesign and implement scalable systems, processes, and infrastructureOversee customer delivery, asset operations, and partner network growthLead and scale multi-disciplinary teams across product, technology, operations, and delivery (from 30 to 150 people)Ensure commercial performance and maintain strong investor and partner alignmentShape and embed a values-driven, high-performance cultureAbout youAnalytical, process-oriented, and strategically minded, with a sharp eye for compliance, risk, and regulatory mattersHands-on and execution-focused — you get in, get it done, and deliver resultsBackground in logistics, challenger brands, hardware, and/or clean/green tech10+ years in operations or general management within a scale-up or high-growth environmentExperience in tech or software; ideally hardware-enabled tech, energy, green tech, or infrastructureProven ability to scale multi-disciplinary teams and implement systems in complex environmentsStrong commercial acumen with deep understanding of agile product development and platform strategyExperience with infrastructure deployment, distributed assets, WHS compliance, and partner networksPragmatic, results-driven, and passionate about the renewable energy transitionWhy .
